Terms and Conditions

The levels of sponsorship are cumulative for one year.  MPI-NJ will accept contributions in the form of cash or “in-kind” donations.  “In-Kind” sponsorship (sponsorship of goods and/or services) is valued at 50% of full value.

EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Our educational programs are held 9 times a year.  Geographically diverse in the locations, the programs are either luncheons or early evening events, with a variety of topics and speakers.  Average attendance of 146 attendees per meeting.

Presenting or Speaker Sponsorship:  $2,000 (one program)*

• Sponsor’s name and logo on flyer, website and all the promotional materials for meeting
• Table top display during meeting
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship at the beginning of program, along with an opportunity to speak 3-5 minutes before the program
•  Two complimentary registrations for company representatives
• Complimentary meeting registration list available upon request
• Automatic Bronze Level Partnership

*A/V for Power Point presentation is not included in sponsorship fee.  There will be an additional cost if required.

 Host A Meeting at your Facility or Property:

• Host’s name and logo on flyer, website and all the promotional materials for meeting
• Table top display during meeting
• Acknowledgement at the beginning of program, along with an opportunity to speak 3-5 minutes before the program
• Two complimentary registrations for company representatives
• Complimentary meeting registration list available upon request
• A $10.00 (luncheon) or $15.00 (dinner) per attendee reimbursement to be paid by MPI-NJ to the meeting host
• Automatic Bronze Level Partnership

CHAPTER LEADERSHIP RETREATS

Winter (January/February) and Summer (July/August) Retreats are held each year for our Chapter Leaders.  The preferred pattern is Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday.  Sponsors would provide the following:

• Complimentary Overnight Accommodations for 20/25 rooms
• Complimentary Meeting Room for 20/25 people plus two Breakout rooms
• Complimentary Reception/Dinner, Continental Breakfast, AM/PM Breaks and Lunch – all functions are for 20/25 people
• Sponsor receives Automatic Silver Level Partnership*

ANNUAL GOLF INVITATIONAL

Title Sponsorships:

• All major sponsorships will be featured with a short description of their services and their logo will be displayed on the back cover of the tournament program
• Sponsorship signage, including your logo will be displayed at your sponsorship location or on the vehicle
• Complimentary pre- and post-tournament functions for 2 of your organization’s representatives
• Note: Sponsorships do not include a foursome with the exception of the reception and lunch sponsorships.  Foursomes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and no extra foursomes will be held for sponsors.

 Reception:  $6,000

• Opportunity to host the reception and dinner that ends the annual outing.  Sponsorship includes one foursome

Golf Carts:  $1,500

• Your logo will be displayed on the Hole Assignment cards on each cart.

Continental Breakfast:  $2,000

• Upon arrival at the course, all golfers will enjoy coffee, juices and an assortment of breakfast pastries.

Beverage Carts:  $1,500  (2 Sponsorships Available)

• A beverage cart will travel hole-to-hole bringing refreshments to the golfers throughout the tournament.  A golf course employee drives the cart and the two representatives will follow in an additional golf cart.

Driving Range: $1500

• Pre-tournament practice for all players at the driving range.

Putting Contest:  $500

• Pre-tournament practice for all players at the putting green.

Grill Stations:  $2,000   (2 Sponsorships Available)

• Strategically placed on each nine, the grills offer a choice of hot dogs or burgers to golfers on the course

Cigar/Aromatherapy Cart:  $1000

• Choice of cigars or aromatherapy towels
• Sponsor will supply cigars and aromatherapy supplies

Ice Cream/Fruit Station:  $2,000

• Everyone loves a cool and healthy treat to enjoy while on the course. 

Hole Sponsorship Flags: $550

• As each golfer putts in their winning shot, they will see your logo displayed on the hole flag.

Comfort Station: $375

          Prior to the start of the event and throughout the day you can make the golfers feel comfortable by providing sun tan lotion, bug spray, gum or any item you might need but forget to bring on a course.  Sponsor must supply items for 150 people.

Hole Sponsorships:

• Each hole sponsorship includes full color signage featuring your company logo at the hole site
• Attendance at all pre- and post-tournament functions for two representatives
• Additional representatives may attend for an additional $125 fee per person
• Note: Hole Sponsorships do not include a foursome although you are welcome to purchase one separately
• Hole Sponsorships - 14 sponsors available at $650 each and 3 hole-in-one sponsors available at  $1500 each

Golf Clinic:  $500

• A great way to have two hours of one-on-one contact with a small intimate group.
