CINDY D'AOUST
As vice president, Strategic Meetings Management, Cindy D’Aoust is responsible for business development support, account management and working with customer to maximize the effectiveness of their meetings program.
She provides market insights, driving product development and evolution. With more than 20 years of corporate travel and meetings experience, in sales, account management and operations, she has a reputation for strategically partnering with clients to help them maximize business results through their investment in meetings.
Maxvantage, an alliance between Maritz Travel and American Express Business Travel, is one of the largest Strategic Meetings Management companies in the world, managing more than $1.6 billion in spend for a wide variety of companies using innovative solutions for managing meeting spend.
As a recognized expert on trends in the meetings industry and business solutions, she is frequently asked to speak publicly at industry conferences, serve on panels and conduct educational sessions. She has been published in several leading publications, including Future Pharmaceuticals, Business Travel News and Business Travel World and profiled in One+ Magazine.
JOE BIEROWSKI
Joe brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the Maxvantage team. He began his career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where he worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions. By the time he left Bayer, he was Manager of Sales Operations—a role that continues today to give him enormous insight into the needs of our clients.
After leaving Bayer, Joe moved from being a purchaser of meetings and incentives to the seller side of the business.
As the sales leader for BI, Joe is responsible for working with you to create a partnership and ensure that your goals are exceeded by the operational experts. He brings a broad based of knowledge from his experience in the life sciences sector as well as his knowledge of the industry.
DANA CRONIN
Industry Experience: Dana Cronin is an Account Manager working with the Pharmaceutical accounts within Maxvantage. In this role, she is actively working with the customer and internal Maxvantage team to ensure compliance and service levels are being met. She provides the knowledge and insight to establish best practices and promote the SMM program. Client facing and dedicated to make certain client operational and service goals are achieved.
Prior to the above role, Ms. Cronin worked for a third party logistical company for 11 years focusing on the Pharmaceutical Sector. This role encompassed a variety of areas which were focused on Sales, Account Management, Operations and overseeing the Sourcing Department. Support focused on key meeting stakeholders and Procurement Departments.
Ms. Cronin earned a BA in Hospitality from Drexel University.
