| Kaaren Hamilton, CMP is Vice President, Global Sales for Carlson Hotels. In this position, Ms. Hamilton oversees the North American based global sales organization for the group segment. Ms. Hamilton leads a dynamic sales organization of senior global sales directors and is responsible for significant annual revenue. Active in several industry associations, she is a frequent participant in industry forums and committees. Ms. Hamilton began her career with Trusthouse Forte hotels in London, England completing a two year training course in some of the city’s most luxurious hotels. | ||||||||

| Michelle Wescott, CHSP, has been a member of the MPI-NJ since 2003 and has been serving on the Board of Directors for the past 5 years. She was the VP of Education and held positions under Membership. Michelle is a Corporate Sales Manager at Skytop Lodge, a beautiful historic hotel in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. She has been with the property for 13+ years. |

Julia Ramos, CMP is a global meeting professional with extensive corporate event planning experience. Meetings, special events and incentive/recognition programs are her specialty and fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She has been a member of MPI since 1983, and very active in the NJ Chapter. Julia Chaired the Ambassador Committee for two years, followed by Co-Chairing the Member Services Committee and previously held the responsibility of VP of Membership. |

Chet Jasinski, CMP has been a member of MPI-NJ since 2004. He is the Event Sales and Marketing Manager for the Garden State Exhibit Center and the NJ Convention and Exposition Center for over 7 years. Chet joined MPI-NJ in 2004 and then joined the Ambassador Committee. With a strong forte' in website design he worked diligently as Co-Chair of the Website Task Force and transitioned to Chairing the Website Committee overseeing the launch of the new MPI-NJ website. Chet also was on the Board of Trustees of the Central New Jersey CVB for five years and sat as Chairperson for 2 years closely working with the NJ Department of State, Division of Travel and Tourism. |

Kellie Ann Cahill is the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hilton New York and has more than a decade of sales, marketing and managerial experience. In her current role, she oversees the entire sales and marketing direction of the hotel. Kellie is also Financial and Insurance Conference Planners (FICP) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). |

Joanne Joham is the Regional Director North America for the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). She served as President of MPI-NJ for two terms, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 and has held numerous leadership positions within the MPI-NJ Chapter. Joanne is the ICCA representative to the CMP Board of Directors and is presently serving as 2011 CMP Conclave Co-Chair and Co-Chair of the International Study Group Committee. Joanne has spoken at Global Organizations, Companies, and Trade Shows in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, India, and Thailand. |

Aaron Cole is a national account executive with SmartSource Computer & Audio-Visual Rentals. Since joining the company in 1997, Aaron has worked nationally with top corporate, association, and government clients to fulfill their event and project technology requirements. After a short term at the helm of the Community Outreach Committee, Aaron was invited to join the MPI-NJ Board of Directors in 2010 |

| Trish Rafferty, CMP is the Senior Meeting Manager for Meetings in Medicine based in New York City. She has been planning meetings for almost 20 years starting with Association planning and then moving into planning pharmaceutical meetings in 2002. Trish has been active in MPI since 1995 first with the Potomac Chapter as a committee chair then in New Jersey. After two years at the Director of Internal Communications, Trish is pleased to be working with the chapter’s membership committees. In addition to planning meetings Trish also comments on the lighter side of meeting planning through her column, Adventures in Meeting Planning, on www.plannerwire.net. |
