FRANK FRICANO, CMP

Born and raised in Italy, Frank Fricano, CMP, moved to the US with his parents, relocating in NJ.   Frank’s career took off when he joined the Marriott Hotels and Resorts 37 years ago.

During his long tenure he has held many key positions as Catering Service Manager, Catering Manager, Director of Catering, Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing as well as Director of a Regional Sales Office selling 6 Marriott Brand Hotels in NJ.   He has worked in 8 hotels in NJ, NY, West Virginia and now he is the Assistant General Manager at the Bridgewater Marriott.

Frank has also served on the Boards of the WVSAE (WV Society of Association Executives), and as President of MPI NJ, in committees of WV United Way Chapter, WV DECA, NJSAE. He has been a mentor with 10,000 Mentors in Newark, NJ, and with Marriott Hotels & Resorts.
